4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (SECTION 230): You agree that Nesolist acts strictly as a passive venue for user-generated content. Creators assume 100% legal and civil liability for their posts. You agree to hold Nesolist harmless from any claims, damages, or legal disputes.
5. LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION: We reserve the right to log, store, and fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities by disclosing user data (including IPs, phone records, and emails) if illegal activity is suspected.
TERMINATION RIGHT: Nesolist retains absolute authority to delete any ad, suspend any account, or block access at our sole discretion without notice or liability.
